Fixed left cutting unit, mobile right unit with automatic movement controlled by software. 

 

Feed roller conveyor combined with the moving head.

4 horizontal pneumatic clamps.

 

Cutting units driven by 1.8 kW motors at 2,800 rpm and equipped with 2 x 500 mm blades.

 

Nebulized cutting lubrication with Venturi system.

 

X-axis travel: 4,600 m. Axis movement on ground guides.

 

Cutting angles tilted at 20°/45°/90°/135° with pneumatic adjustment.

 

Operator interface on PC-Windows equipped with 10.4” colour touch-screen.

 

The machine is equipped as standard with safety and protection devices in compliance with CE regulations.
