Double-head cutting machine with tilting and rotating ascending blades for 1,050 mm compound cuts.

 

Fixed left cutting unit, mobile right unit with automatic movement controlled by software. 

 

Feed roller conveyor combined with the moving head. 

4 vertical pneumatic clamps and 4 horizontal pneumatic clamps.

 

Cutting units driven by 15 kW motors at 1,800 rpm and equipped with 2 1,050 mm blades.

 

Micro-drop cutting lubrication.

 

X-axis travel: 6,000 m. Axis movement on linear guides.

 

Rotation angles from 40° to 157.5° and tilt angles from 90° to 135° with electronic adjustments.

 

Operator interface on PC-Windows equipped with 17” colour touch-screen.

 

The machine is equipped as standard with safety and protection devices in compliance with CE regulations.
