Double-head cutting machine with ascending, tilting and rotating blades for 600 mm compound cuts.

 

Fixed left cutting unit, mobile right unit with automatic movement controlled by software. 

 

Feed roller conveyor combined with the moving head. 

4 vertical pneumatic clamps.

 

Cutting units driven by 3 kW motors at 2,800 rpm and equipped with 2 600 mm blades.

 

Micro-drop cutting lubrication.

 

X-axis travel: 5,000 m (optional 6,000 m). Axis movement on linear guides.

 

Angle rotation from 40° to 157.5° with manual adjustment, angle inclination from 90° to 135° with pneumatic adjustment.

 

Operator interface on PC-Windows equipped with 17” colour touch-screen.

 

The machine is equipped as standard with safety and protection devices in compliance with CE regulations.
